Located in the United Arab Emirates the Western Bainoona Group (WBG) is an acclaimed name in the field of Construction, Civil Engineering Works, Crushers and Land Transporters.Since its inception, WBG has executed projects, produced and supplied aggregate and rock materials worth over one Billion Dirhams, for its clients in various parts of the UAE.

WBG's strength lies in its experienced team and a large fleet of specialized equipment, machinery and vehicles and two fully equipped crushers in Al Ain And Al Fujairah. In total WBG's 1,000 highly professional skilled staff and labour force is supported by more than 300 pieces of PMV pieces enabling it to undertake projects worth many hundreds of millions of Dirhams. WBG supplies both limestone and gabbro materials from its three plants for projects around the Middle East, but principally in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

With a desire to increase capacity at these three plants to meet the rapidly expanding demand for high grade aggregates in the Middle East, WBG contacted Finedoor to upgrade their crushing and screening systems on three plants located in the UAE.
After an Initial site visit to discuss requirements and take measurements Finedoor manufactured, supplied and installed seven large multi-deck screens (8 x 2.4m - in both three and four deck configurations) in addition to grizzly feeders (6 x 1.6m) to control feed at up to 1000 tph into the primary single toggle jaw crushers.

The project which took 18 months entailed all machines being built and tested in the Finedoor works and then despatched and installed on structural support steel work (manufactured in UAE by WBG to Finedoor designs) as they completed each stage of the upgrade.

Finedoor have many years of experience and have provided solutions for plant design which have encompassed their own equipment such as Feeders, Grizzlies, Screens and Conveyors.
